These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Odin Tattoo Kemer and form a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "Customer") and Odin Tattoo Kemer, a tattoo studio located in Kemer, Turkey, operated by Tufan Isci. By booking an appointment or receiving our tattoo services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Services and Appointment Booking

    Odin Tattoo Kemer offers tattoo services as well as related consultations. The specific design and execution of each tattoo will be discussed and confirmed with the client prior to the service.

  • Appointment Booking:
    Appointments can be scheduled via telephone or through other agreed-upon communication channels. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information. Odin Tattoo Kemer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments should the provided information be incomplete or incorrect.

 

3. Consent, Risks, and Health Information

  • Consent:
    By booking an appointment and receiving tattoo services, you confirm that you are aware of the inherent risks associated with tattooing and that you voluntarily consent to undergo the procedure.

  • Health Risks:
    Tattoos may carry risks such as infections, allergic reactions, skin irritations, or other adverse effects. You acknowledge that you have been informed of these risks and that you have consulted a healthcare professional if necessary, especially when dealing with pre-existing conditions or allergies.

  • Aftercare:
    You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by Odin Tattoo Kemer. The studio will not be liable for any adverse reactions resulting from improper aftercare or individual skin sensitivities.

 

4. Payment, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

  • Payment:
    Payment for services is due according to the agreed terms (for example, a deposit at the time of booking with the balance due upon completion of the service, or full payment after the service has been rendered). Accepted payment methods will be communicated in advance.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    Should you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, Odin Tattoo Kemer reserves the right to retain any deposit or charge a cancellation fee as agreed at the time of booking.

  • Rescheduling:
    Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible. However, changes may be subject to adjustments in appointment times, pricing, or availability.

 

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

  • Designs and Artwork:
    All tattoo designs and sketches created by Odin Tattoo Kemer or its artists are considered the intellectual property of the studio or the respective artist unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Reproduction or use of these designs without written permission is prohibited.

 

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Liability:
    While Odin Tattoo Kemer is committed to providing services with the highest level of professionalism and care, the studio will not be held liable for any adverse effects or complications arising from the tattoo process that are beyond its control.

  • Individual Reactions:
    Each individual may respond differently to the tattooing process. In the event of complications, you assume responsibility for seeking any necessary medical or aftercare support.

  • Indemnification:
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Odin Tattoo Kemer, Tufan Isci, and all associated staff from any direct or indirect claims arising from your receipt of our services.

 

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Odin Tattoo Kemer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or through other public channels and will take effect from the date of publication.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any disputes, both parties agree that the jurisdiction shall be in Antalya, Turkey, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
